This is the corrupt police mafioso Henri Elisa Rantala. He is part of the Queensland/Australian Mafia which includes magistrates Walter Harvey Ehrich and Colin J Strofield. These are not the only ones. Also members are the majority of judiciary appointed by the Corrupt labor governments including those of Wayne Goss, Peter Beattie and Anna Bligh. This includes judges Henry George Fryberg too.

This Corruption goes back to prior to 1974. It is centred on what is called the Association of Labor Lawyers. Members of that corrupt group included Jeffrey Ernest John Spender, Terence Joseph Mellifont and other corrupt individuals.

Terence Joseph Mellifont cheated me when I was referred to him by the Queensland Law Society in regard to my being set up and cheated by bludging parasites in the Queensland Railways where I then worked as a Clerk. I was severely disabled at that time and that was about as much as I could do for work; a job.

Mellifont conspired with the Queensland Railway who set me up, to further cheat me in my appeal against being summarily sacked on trumped up charges.

Mellifont tried to grossly overcharge me into the bargain. As was my legal right, I required an Itemized Bill of Costs. What he presented was a fanciful fiction. I challenged that with the Taxing officer of the Supreme Court of Queensland. I had his bill cut to a fraction of what he attempted to charge me. That shows that his 1974 Bill of Costs was reduced by $234.00 to just $133.32 for his 'services' apart from the Barrister Jeffrey Spender's charge. Even that included an amount of $63.00 almost half, for 'due care and consideration', which the Swindler Mellifont did not do. I objected to that but was cheated by the Supreme Court of Queensland [see the correct transcription of it by me - check them if you wish]. The Corrupt Supreme Court of Queensland yet again assisted the perjuring corrupt fraudster Terence Joseph Mellifont.

Mellifont was,. still is I believe, the epitome parasite. After being struck off permanently from the the roll of solicitors, Mellifont went into 'business' as a police protected SP bookie. Solicitors working with petty magistrates' crimes matters soon become aware of the identity of the corrupt police.

This pathetic parasite Terence Joseph Mellifont, was so incensed at being shown up for the crook that he is, by a disabled young fellow, that he had his corrupt police mates put an excessively negative report into the police records database. There is no way of having those blatantly false entries corrected. It was soon after that time, that I began to receive grossly adverse police attention. When I was in business in Townsville as an accountant and tax agent, in the 1980's, I was put under severe police harassment.

This is the reason that this dumb scum mafia parasite Henri Elias Rantala was put on my case, in 2004.   This database is also made known to magistrates. That saves some magistrates like Walter Ehrich and Colin Strofield from having to 'think', and work anything out for themselves.

I did not realize at the time, either, just how Spender had also cheated me.   Having recovered to some degree from my major disability and ailment, I have now realized the culpability of Spender.

The FRAUD & CORRUPTION by Brisbane Magistrates Walter H Ehrich & Colin J Strofield

At the time of these events, 29th November, 2004 and 1st June, 2005, Colin J Strofield was the police solicitor involved in this case. Walter H Ehrich was the magistrate who corruptly made a decision to give corrupt police what they wanted: that is a conviction of me when I was illegally arrested when the police officer was engaged in the armed robbery of my property from my home. I know the law as I have an LLB. It was clear from the subpoenas that I had filed and served, that I would prove

that the Brisbane City Council did not have a right to enter my property;
that, as the police are always armed [SEE THE PISTOL ON THE BIG HIP of BIG A for Antony], their requiring, of me, entry to my propery for the Brisbane City Council, plus the fact that the Brisbane City Council removed property of mine - over a continuous three day period - amounted to ARMED ROBBERY;
that the police and all persons who entered there with them, including rspca and contractors for the Brisbane City Council, committed BREAK & ENTER & STEALING.

In the Brisbane Magistrates' Court on 1st June, 2005, Walter Harvey Ehrich made his corrupt decision. He decided his course of action to conceal the repeated steps of fraud that had been perpetrated against me. He broke the law to convict me. The police had committed CRIMINAL ACTS of ARMED ROBBERY and of BREAK AND ENTER AND STEALING, to support CRIMINAL ELEMENTS of the Brisbane City Council. The proof of the criminal act by the Brisbane City Council is on that page too.

In summary, what Walter H Ehrich did was, without hearing from me or anyone, in the courtroom, [it is a different matter as to how much he had discussed the case in secret before coming into court - ie highly illegal 'caucusing with the prosecution'], and without having a plea from me, [but obviously I intended to fight the charge of causing a 'public nuisance', as I had subpoenaed many witnesses and copies of the subpoenas were on the file that Walter H Ehrich saw; I had also subpoenaed from the Brisbane City Council the non-existent Court Order which, if existing, would have permitted their entry to my property pursuant to section 160 of the Health Act 1937], convicted me and sentenced me pursuant to Section 19 of the Penalty and Sentences Act. That is recorded as a Conviction, although Magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich, advised that 'No conviction was recorded'. The police have since relied upon that 'Conviction'.

Colin J Strofield is guilty of this FRAUD & CORRUPTION. As he was the police SOLICITOR, an Admitted Officer of the Supreme Court of Queensland, he should not have permitted an illegal act to pass. As police solicitor in the court, he agreed to the FRAUD & CORRUPTION that occurred. That suggests that he had criminally caucused with Magistrate Walter H Ehrich prior to the hearing. It was clearly illegal, CRIMINAL in fact. Hence, the Queensland Police are now targeting me to silence me from reporting INTERNATIONALLY on the Corruption in Australia.

The FRAUD of me, Initiated by Hugh McVean, my CORRUPT brother in law; he married my sister, the greatest misfortune to befall my family.

My Brother in Law, Hugh Douglas McVean, had set out to defraud me of my home, prior to our even buying it in 1994. [I later discovered that he forged an REIQ Tenancy Agreement, to make it appear that I was his 'tenant'. Hugh Douglas McVean has actually put that document into court as bona fide, another criminal act by Hugh McVean. He has also made a criminal of my sister Coral McVean many times over, and I have recorded one of her criminal acts when she was acting as a fiduciary - Enduring Power of Attorney - for our mother, who was then blind. My beneficially owned house was purchased in February, 1994 by us, with Hugh McVean as trustee for me. He had clearly decided at that time to defraud me of it. It was bought so I could make it a paying proposition with share tenants [that he called boarders, as per his later email to me] as it was on the doorstep of the University of Queensland in St Lucia. I did not expect it to take me long to convert it to 6 bedrooms and obtain finance. As soon as it was bought Hugh McVean began to stuff me around, and not permit me to make the changes I required. I had not expected it to take me too long to make the changes so I agreed to pay him a weekly sum greater than the then rent being paid for the whole house, [until I exercised my 'Option to Buy'] and to pay him any increase in price for the increase in value of the house. I expected that time to be minimal, and so the increase in price to also be minimal. As it was being funded by my sister as well, I was prepared to pay them any out of pocket expenses, so did not want him wasting money on the house, as I expected that he would try to extract that from me.

[While I thought it was an 'Option to Buy', I later learned that in fact, the arrangement I had with Hugh McVean was a RESULTING TRUST. Accordingly, I am still the BENEFICIAL OWNER, despite all the intervening fraud. There have been quite a number of other parties who have willingly become parties to Hugh McVean's fraud of me.]

Much later, when he was trying to manipulate me to make him more money out of me, he admitted the arrangement we had, without realizing what he was doing. I had done this exact same procedure of letting rooms to 'share tenants' with the first house I bought at 150 Jubilee Terrace, Bardon on 20 January, 1973.

This, above, has been stated in writing in a signed statement by the Corrupt Police Prosecutor Henri Elias Rantala, dated 21st October, 2009; [20091021]. What he calls "offensive material" is the irrefutable PROOF that Police Officer Henri Elias Rantala, committed an ARMED ROBBERY. This "offensive material" also includes MY REPORT TO POLICE OF ARMED ROBBERY, which they have ignored. This statement by Rantala, is now PROOF that the police are AWARE OF THE ARMED ROBBERY and are ignoring my complaint of ARMED ROBBERY, AND BREAKING, ENTERING AND STEALING by Queensland Police and Government officials. I am trained in law with an LLB apart from my other qualifications. I know more law that these mug police officers. The evidence, the irrefutable PROOF, is shown on these websites. It shows that Rantala, while armed, ensured that thieves could ransack my home. The fact that the thieves pretended they were from Brisbane City Council is irrelevant, as they did not have a legal right to enter. The Queensland Parliament sets the process for Council to enter private property. This involved obtaining a COURT ORDER. The armed robbers and thieves did not have a court order. Australia is becoming a REAL POLICE STATE, when police believe they can over-ride STATUTE LAW passed by the legislature.

That police ignore instances of ARMED ROBBERY, is not unique in Queensland. Andrew Phillip Scipione the Commissioner of the New South Wales Police Force is GUILTY OF SIMILAR CRIME [cover-up] IN NSW as relates to the case below.

Thieves using ARMED POLICE to detain the owner of the property, and keep the owner of the property separated from his property while the thieves steal the property, happens regularly with Queensland Corrupt Police. One case occurred on 15th September, 2005 in Cairns when the thieves from St Vincent de Paul Society, with whom Jim Tierney previously of JT's Gym in NSW, were operating a Joint Venture for Charitable Purposes, called "Vinnie's Gym", where Jim Tierney supplied his own labour and his own Gym equipment, valued many years previous, at over $1 million dollars worth. The thieves from St Vincent de Paul Society had corrupt ARMED police attend and 'escort' Jim Tierney, AT GUN POINT, from his equipment and keep him from it, while they stripped the Gym of Jim Tierney's valuable gym equipment.

On 15th September, 2005,the ARMED police and sparmy callous hypocritical Brisbane based paid staff of St Vincent dePaul Society, arrived unannounced to steal Jim Tierney's one million dollars plus worth of gym equipment, by ostensibly 'closing' the gym. When one of the instructors asked what they should tell the group of very disabled people who were due in that afternoon, the answer from the sparmy hypocritical CEO of the thieving St Vincent dePaul Society was 'life is tough'. In an effort to calm the situation, "Enough," said Judith Tierney.

This has been a case of POLICE THUGGERY. This, my case, is not a unique case of armed police using their position, to detain property owners, to enable thieves to rob them. Another documented case occurred in 2002 at Queanbeyan, with ARMED ROBBER scum pig Leslie Charles Gilroy employed by Andrew Phillip Scipione the Commissioner of the New South Wales Police Force.
